Service Operation Manager

MBR Partners is seeking a Service Operations Manager for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.

Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions and applications.
- Proven experience in training and building strong customer relationships.
- Experience in process management, including ticketing, support, and SLA.
- Demonstrated ability to produce innovative ideas on applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the service operation and product management of IT solutions and applications.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and build strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for both internal teams and customers.
- Streamline processes, including ticketing, support, and meeting SLA requirements.
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure effective teamwork and collaboration.
- Drive innovation by generating and implementing creative ideas for applications and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualities:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Expertise in process management, ticketing, support, and meeting SLA requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for applications and solutions.
