About the Team

The Professional Services team at Nutanix is a dynamic and collaborative group based in Saudi Arabia. This team is dedicated to driving customer satisfaction and delivering tailored service solutions to large enterprise clients, commercial sector, public sector, and across various industries. The culture is characterized by high engagement, interdependence, and a strong emphasis on collaboration, which is essential for achieving team success. With an aim to enhance the overall customer experience, the team works closely together, leveraging shared experiences and best practices.

You will report to the Senior Services Sales Director, who fosters a supportive, empowering leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and collaborate effectively. The position is an individual contributor role with a specific quota and requires you to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Travel requirements for this role include regular travel within the region and occasional international travel.

Your Role

• Operate as a strategic advisor to customers, moving beyond technical delivery to shape business outcomes, drive adoption roadmaps, and influence transformation initiatives that tie investment to measurable results
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and service delivery improvements.
• Manage and lead the sales process for technical service offerings focusing on customer needs and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders to enhance understanding and improve joint customer engagement.
• Develop new Services offerings specific to the Middle East market to help align with market requirements.
• Provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and support to technical sales engineers and account managers to foster teamwork and enhance service value perception.
• Work closely with Delivery Teams and Enterprise Architect to validate service offers contents and corresponding level of effort, and potentially and industrialize service offers)
• Regularly assess and improve team collaboration, addressing business challenges related to service complexity and value demonstration.

What You Will Bring

• Strong expertise in service offerings and solutions.
• 8-10 years of experience in sales or technical consulting roles.
• Strong communication & writing skills. 
• Proven experience in pre-sales and sales of sizable service engagements, as well as in contract and Statement of Work (SOW) development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large transformational engagements using disruptive technologies.
• Ability to assess customer technical environments and build proposals.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and delivery teams.
• Experience in customer relationship management and improving customer satisfaction.
• Drive the success of Professional Services by managing and forecasting bookings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.

On Site: This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment.
