About the Role:

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Site Technical Managers for upcoming Construction Supervision projects in Riyadh, KSA.

These roles will support large-scale infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical aspects of site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Review technical submissions, designs, and methodologies.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, quality, and technical performance.
• Support reporting and technical decision-making.

Requirements:

• 10–20 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong experience in construction supervision and technical management
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
• PMP certification preferred
• KSA or GCC experience preferred
