Skilled Helper

• Make sure that all raw materials are arranged well in their dedicated place.
• Always ensure the availability of the required raw material, to avoid machine stoppages.
• Make sure all waste trolleys & bins are in the right place.
• Assist the Operator in setting up the machine & size changes.
• Follow the instructions of the Operator.
• Arrange the machine workers to clean or repack in case of small stoppages.
• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).

• High school - diploma or technical diploma in relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English 
• Understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes
• Manufacturing of Baby diapers/ Feminine napkins/ under pad, adult diapers
