Resolve complex technical issues and remove obstacles that affect team delivery.
Mentor and coach team members to build their technical and professional skills.
Ensure the delivery of stable, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
Work with Project Managers and stakeholders to define requirements for technical solutions.
Extensive experience designing complex software architectures
Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Solid background in code quality practices and software testing
Proven leadership and effective communication skills
Strong analytical ability to solve complex technical problems
