• Minimum 13 Years of experience in automation of various testing activities
• Minimum 7 Years of experience in managing test automation team
• Proven track record in managing Automation as a vertical with clear roadmap and management of associated cost. This includes Analyzing existing Automation landscape
• Identifying potential areas for automation implementation to achieve efficiency
• Estimation of efforts required
• Clearly forecast projections of ROI, Break-even period
• Establish automation process and governance models to ensure sustained growth
• Hands on experience in Automation feasibility analysis, Estimation along with ROI considerations, Tools Research
• Hands on experience in scripting and troubleshooting using automation tools (Selenium-Java, Python)
• Hands on experience in implementing low code automation tools (TOSCA, KATALON, etc.,)
• Proven track record in implementing TOSCA as an integrated Automation tool for Web, Mobile and Legacy systems
• Hands on experience in Test Automation for Agile projects with CI-CD Tools
• Must possess very strong communication and Stakeholder management skills
