Main Responsibilities

• Perform massages and body treatments
• Provide facials and skincare treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain hygiene standards
• Advise guests on suitable treatments and products
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

• Certification or training in spa therapy/massage therapy
• Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
