Specialist - Commercial (MAS8-MDUMDO2002)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist - Commercial to join our team. In this role, you will support various commercial functions within the organization, contributing to project development and effective execution of strategies that align with our mission to revolutionize the entertainment and leisure landscape in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of commercial strategies to maximize project potential
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and enhance decision-making
• Support contract management activities, including preparation, negotiations, and compliance monitoring
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgetary and financial targets
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and performance metrics for ongoing projects
• Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Provide administrative support for commercial operations, including record keeping and reporting
• Participate in risk management processes to mitigate potential commercial challenges

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in real estate, development, or construction
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data interpretation and reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant commercial management tools
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task completion
