Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative, research, and reporting support for governance processes.

· Schedule meetings and prepare documentation.

· Support documentation of decisions and compliance tracking.

· Assist in analytics and chart preparation.

· Produce professional stakeholder materials.
