Specialist - Infrastructure Operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the performance of infrastructure systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively to ensure optimal operation.
• Support the deployment and configuration of new infrastructure technologies and systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to enhance system efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure operations issues in a timely manner.
• Document operational procedures, system configurations, and incidents to maintain comprehensive operational records.
• Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuations in demand.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure operations or IT support roles.
• Basic understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with monitoring tools.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
