Specialist - IT Asset Infrastructure Delivery

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and proactive Specialist - IT Asset Infrastructure Delivery to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and management of our IT asset infrastructure delivery efforts. Your technical expertise and organizational skills will ensure that our IT assets are delivered efficiently, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of IT asset infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Monitor and analyze the lifecycle of IT assets, providing insights to optimize performance and utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful rollout of IT asset solutions.
• Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement in existing IT asset processes.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and project updates for clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Support compliance with industry regulations and internal standards related to IT asset management.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and methodologies to enhance IT asset delivery processes.
• Provide training and support to team members to foster a culture of best practices in IT asset management.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT asset management or infrastructure delivery roles.
• Solid understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for monitoring performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with asset management tools.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
