Job Description - Specialist - Leadership Development

This role supports the Leadership Development agenda through the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership programs and interventions across different career and leadership stages from graduate and early careers programs through to senior leadership initiatives.

 

The role works closely with senior colleagues in the team to help turn development priorities into well-run, high-quality experiences. This could include supporting program design, preparing materials, coordinating delivery, managing stakeholders, tracking feedback and data, and helping make sure programs run smoothly and create a strong experience for participants.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Support the design and delivery of leadership programs and interventions across different career and leadership stages, including graduate and early careers programs where needed

·       Help turn ideas and priorities into practical, well-run programs and events

·       Coordinate program activity end to end, including timelines, logistics, participant lists, scheduling, communications, and follow-up

·       Prepare high-quality slides, briefing packs, participant materials, and other supporting resources

·       Work with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, HRBPs, and external partners to support smooth delivery

·       Track program participation, feedback, and other data, and help turn this into clear insights and reporting

·       Support leadership workshops, events, assessments, and development activities as needed

·       Provide flexible support across the wider development agenda, including graduate, early careers, and leadership initiatives

·       Look for ways to improve how programs are designed, delivered, and experienced

·       Relevant bachelor’s degree

·       Experience in Human Resources, Learning, Talent, Leadership Development, Early Careers, or a related area, with appropriate depth for level

·       Experience supporting or coordinating programs, workshops, events, or development initiatives

·       Experience handling confidential or sensitive information

·       Strong PowerPoint skills and able to produce polished materials

·       Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

·       Fluent English, spoken and written
