Responsibilities

• Interpret pathology results and communicate findings accurately and promptly to support clinical decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, protocols, and safety regulations.
• Stay abreast of latest developments and advancements in pathology through continuous education and training.
• Participate in quality control and assurance activities to maintain high-quality laboratory services.

• Medical degree with specialization in Pathology and valid license to practice.
• Proven experience working as a Specialist Pathology in a reputable healthcare institution.
• Strong knowledge of histopathology, cytopathology, and other diagnostic pathology techniques.
• Excellent skills in microscopic examination and interpretation of specimens.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
