Specification Manager-Riyadh

One of the leading clients in the furniture fittings and hardware industry in the UAE is seeking Specification Manager to Promote specifications to Architect offices and interior designers.

Position Title: Specification Manager

Location: Riyadh

Salary: 12,000 - 14,000 AED

Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience into Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware is preferred.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Specify the Hettich's products to architects, designers, client cost consultants, main contractors who design & build and developers across the KSA region.

• Promote specifications to Architect offices, interior designers through visits, lunch and learns.

• Develop and maintain good relationship with Architect & Designer offices to enhance Hettich brand in the market place

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with key decision makers / interior design firms in the industry.

• Communicate continuously with sales Team on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented,

• Attend external and internal training to keep up to date on new products and developments and techniques.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide technical support to customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, or a related field with an MBA is preferred.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in specification sales, preferably in the Door, Door Hardware / building material industry or allied industry.

• An understanding of interior design / Architecture Hardware.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Preferred:

• Saudi/GCC driving license.

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation skills

• Fluency in Arabic & English.

• Strong mindset.
