Sr Assistant Engineer / Sr Accounting Assistant - SMP Saudi Aramco

We are looking for Sr Assistant Engineer / Sr Accounting Assistant how have an experience with3 to 5 Years in same field's to work with Saudi Aramco under ABIS SMP Contract.

1. Bachelors in Business and Management
2. 3-5 Years of experience
3. Operates office machines and assist team members as required.
4. Maintains office supplies as necessary.
5. Performs any other clerical or miscellaneous duties as requested by the supervisor.
6. Creates and maintains filing systems, records, and indices. Keeps reference files up-to-date by adding and deleting obsolete information.
7. Maintain time keeping records and prepare schedules.
8. Receives incoming mail, sorts, logs and distributes as requires. Receives outgoing mail, logs and distributes. Coordinate meetings.
9. Types all kinds of correspondence, reports, and Saudi Aramco forms

1. Receives telephone calls and visitors in a courtesy courteous manner.
2. Gives answers to routine questions or takes messages. Refers other matters to appropriate personnel.

Schedules and books meetings as needed.
