We are looking for a Senior (Sr.) Dynamics CRM Developer to develop, maintain, enhance and deliver the critical systems supporting the enterprise-wide operational needs. The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, CRM Banking Verticals and .NET framework.
Being part of the Enterprise Transformation Delivery (ETD) team, the Sr. Dynamics CRM Developer works closely with the members of ETD, ISG, Program / Project Management and business teams to design and build versatile and robust applications supporting the needs and requirements of a variety of business teams.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable services and solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform focused on quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with non-technical audience, business subject matter experts and operational staff to clarify requirements and overcome obstacles to meet the team goals.
- Coordinate with vendors to facilitate their remote work, connecting vendors with multiple technical teams to complete solution pre-requisites.
- Analyze complex business requirements and convert technical and functional requirements into system level design specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on all aspects of process design and development.
- Take ownership of the code/design and perform code reviews for the timely completion of high quality, well designed and well written code.
- Write concise technical documentation for the configuration and developed components and customizations.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to investigate and solve software, system design, implementation, performance, scalability and maintainability issues.
- Apply quality assurance methods in all aspects of software development.
- Develop unit test code as part of overall quality assurance best practices.
- Work closely with Business Systems Analysts and QA to resolve issues and deploying the code across the various development environments.
- Mentor and coach intermediate developers, providing them guidance and sharing knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
- 8+ years of experience in IT.
- 8+ years of proven hands-on experience in:
- Customization, configuration, plugin registration and Dynamics CRM tools
- Developing Dynamics CRM plugins and JS web resources.
- Web services development (integration and sync services) API & Rest Service.
- C#, .NET, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, JQuery experience.
- Windows Server, SQL Server, Enterprise Service Bus, IIS Web Server.
- 5+ years of proven experience in designing, developing and implementing complex applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 – CRM 2016 – CRM 2013).
- Experience in data migration and synchronization with Dynamics 365 using SSIS and Kingsway.
- Experience in reports and dashboards with Dynamics 365 using SSRS and Power BI.
- Experience in CRM security model, access controls, views, forms and data model.
- Experience in Microsoft Platform (AD, D365, SQL, PowerShell, Exchange, Power Platform).
- Working knowledge and deep understanding of banking and enterprise level solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience in Power Apps – Canvas and Model-driven apps.
- Experience using MS Dynamics CRM SDK for the application development and creating custom workflow activities, plug-ins and advanced client-side scripting.
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of current information systems theories, concepts, and techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of writing concise technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills are required for interacting with people of varying levels of technical expertise.
