Sr. Estimator (TIC)

Title:

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• Minimum (5 to 10) years’ experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.
• Prepare classified estimates during project development stage.
• Prepare estimate plan.
• Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
• Prepare cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
• Coordinate with project teams to develop all requirement needed for the TIC Estimate.
• Present cost estimate report to management.
• Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage).
• Familiarization with SAEP-25.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
