Sr. HSE Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations
• Prepare and conduct HSE training sessions
• Investigate incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
• Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and legislation
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in conducting HSE audits and inspections
• Ability to develop and implement HSE management systems
