Sr. Manager Financial Accounting

Task/ Job Summary
Lead and manage the
organization’s full financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with
IFRS, accuracy in reporting, and smooth coordination with auditors and internal
departments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead financial closing and reporting processes
  
• Manage AR, AP, GL, Taxation, and Fixed Assets
  
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
  
• Supervise the finance team and provide
  coaching
  
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
  
• Maintain
  effective financial controls and reporting mechanisms
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in financial accounting, including
  at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing full finance operations.
  
• CPA, CA, or equivalent certification
  
• Strong background in IFRS
  
• Proven leadership and analytical skills
  
• Proficiency
  in ERP systems
  
• Deep knowledge of IFRS
  
• Strong leadership and team management
  
• High attention to detail and analytical
  thinking
  
• ERP system expertise (e.g., SAP)
  
• Strong
  communication and stakeholder management skills
