Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Planner to join our team. The Sr. Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, analyzing project progress, and providing recommendations for schedule improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction planning and scheduling, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry standard software such as Primavera P6

- Analyze project progress and identify potential schedule delays or conflicts

- Work closely with project teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate schedule risks

- Provide regular updates on project schedule status to project stakeholders

- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets

- Lead regular schedule meetings with project teams to review progress and identify areas for improvement

- Mentor and train junior planners on best practices and techniques

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in scheduling software and techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling

- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Experience working on large and complex construction projects

- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques

- Ability to analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications
