We’re currently delivering the Tamkeen Overseas Expansion Program, supporting 30 Bahraini enterprises in launching and growing their presence in the Saudi market.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sr. Program Associate – Overseas Expansion Program to support the successful expansion of these companies in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, you’ll be the on-the-ground lead, managing post-onboarding support including mentorship coordination, business development introductions, office sourcing, and day-to-day assistance across operations.

You’ll serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner, ensuring that each company builds the right connections, achieves key milestones, and navigates the local ecosystem effectively.

The Role

Enterprise Communication & Engagement

• Act as the main point of contact for enterprises post-onboarding

• Ensure clear, consistent communication and ongoing support

• Provide guidance and answer questions regarding their market entry

• Conduct regular check-ins and surface key challenges and needs

• Coordinate and manage mentorship matching and follow-up

On-Ground Support in Saudi Arabia

• Support companies with logistics, regulatory processes, and operational needs in Saudi

• Organize and attend BD meetings, regulatory sessions, and networking events

• Accompany companies to industry events and conferences to support their BD efforts

• Identify relevant tenders and market opportunities for participating companies

• Maintain a living database of contacts, tools, and market-entry resources

Support companies with logistics, regulatory processes, and operational needs in Saudi

Organize and attend BD meetings, regulatory sessions, and networking events

Accompany companies to industry events and conferences to support their BD efforts

Identify relevant tenders and market opportunities for participating companies

Maintain a living database of contacts, tools, and market-entry resources

Reporting, Data Management & Task Coordination

• Track company progress, milestones, and blockers

• Capture impact data and prepare structured reports on company performance

• Manage and follow up on tasks related to mentorship, regulatory compliance, and BD support

• Document enterprise case studies and key learnings from the field

Program Operations & Event Management

• Plan and deliver events, sessions, and workshops for enterprises in Saudi

• Work closely with all team members to ensure smooth coordination

• Ensure the success of all on-ground activities, with a high standard of delivery
