• Oversee and manage program operations to ensure successful execution and delivery


• Lead a team of program managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support


• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement program strategies


• Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

• 5+ years of experience in engineering program management


• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget


• Strong leadership and project management skills


• Experience in risk management and problem-solving


• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
