Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proficient SSOC Manager to spearhead our Security Operations Center (SOC). In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing our security operations, ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to threats against our assets. As a leader, you will guide a dedicated team of cybersecurity professionals, driving initiatives to enhance our security posture and safeguard our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Operations Center, ensuring all security events and incidents are monitored, detected, and responded to efficiently.
• Develop and implement incident response protocols, ensuring timely resolution of security incidents and minimizing impact.
• Analyze security metrics and incident trends to improve detection and response capabilities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including IT and compliance, to ensure alignment and collaborative efforts in security initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the SOC team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct regular training and simulations to enhance team readiness and incident response effectiveness.
• Maintain an awareness of emerging threats and trends in cybersecurity to adapt security strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on security operations, incidents, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar) are advantageous.
• 5 to 7 relevant years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Comprehensive understanding of security technologies, SOC operations, and incident response frameworks.
• Practical experience with SIEM systems, threat intelligence, and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information succinctly.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
