Staff Nurse - PrimaryOutpatient Care Hindi Speaker

Our client a premier medicalfacility is currently looking for a Staff Nurse Primary/OutpatientCare to be based in Eastern Province Saudi Arabia. For this roleyou will have the followingresponsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensivehealth assessments including medical history reviews physicalexaminations and vital sign measurements to identify patient healthconcerns and risk factors.
  
• Developand implement individualized care plans in collaboration withpatients families and healthcare providers focusing on preventivecare health promotion and chronic diseasemanagement.
  
• Educate patients andfamilies about health conditions treatment options medicationslifestyle modifications and preventive measures to empower them inselfmanagement anddecisionmaking.
  
• Administermedications vaccinations and treatments as prescribed by healthcareproviders ensuring accuracy safety and adherence to establishedprotocols.
  
• Perform various clinicalprocedures and interventions such as wound care injections specimencollection and diagnostic tests following standard procedures andinfection controlguidelines.
  
• Monitor patientsprogress review laboratory and diagnostic test results and evaluatetreatment effectiveness collaborating with healthcare team membersto modify care plans asneeded.
  
• Provide counseling emotionalsupport and referrals to patients and families addressing theirpsychosocial emotional and spiritual needs throughout thehealthcare continuum.
  
• Documentpatient assessments interventions and outcomes accurately andcomprehensively in electronic health records (EHR) systemsmaintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatorystandards.
  
• Coordinate caretransitions referrals to specialty services and followupappointments ensuring continuity of care and effectivecommunication among healthcare providers and communityresources.
  
• Participate in qualityimprovement initiatives evidencebased practice projects andprofessional development activities to enhance clinicalcompetencies and promote excellence in patientcare.
  

Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:

• A Bachelors Degree inNursing is required.
  
• Candidates mustpossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ClinicalNursing.
  
• 2 years experience inPrimary/Outpatient Care.
  
• Must beeligible to take the SCFHSexam.
  
• Preferably with valid SCFHSNursing Specialist/Technicianlicense/certificate.
  
• Current licenseas a professional registerednurse.
  
• Proficient inEnglish
