STEM Teachers at Lincoln College International play a crucial role in the growth and development of our students. You will:Deliver curriculum in person to students, with approximately 24 contact hours per weekDesign curriculum for hands-on classes (physics, chemistry, maths, and digital technology)Deliver engaging learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem solving, and encourage students to become life-long learnersDevelop lesson plans and learning materialsDeliver STEM-orientated instruction (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) through Project-Based Learning methodsEstablish clear objectives for all lessons, curricular units, and projects, and communicate these objectives to the studentsAssess student progress and achievement in a variety of ways on a regular basis, providing reports as requiredSALARY AND BENEFITS

Gross salary circa SAR18,500 / £3,900 per month (including housing and other allowances) TAX FREE30 working days annual leave + KSA national holidaysEnd of service benefitsJob requirementsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Engineering/STEM/EducationTeaching qualification to level 4 (working towards level 5 within 2 years)Have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the post-secondary levelExperience in delivering STEM learning, particularly in practical STEM workshops and in the delivery of problem-solving engineering projectsExperience in working within 3rd Millennium learning environments and with digital devices and peripherals, particularly CAM-controlled engineering machinery, including 3D printersProven experience in effectively applying experiential learning practiceProven experience of sound formative assessment to inform learner progress and achievementProven experience in working in partnership with other colleagues to design and deliver an integrated curriculumKEY COMPETENCIES
