Job Description :
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dedicated Steward to join their Food & Beverage team. The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across kitchen and food service areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations while supporting the culinary team in delivering high-quality service.

Job Summary :
The Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, sanitizing work areas, handling waste disposal, and ensuring that all cleaning procedures are carried out according to company policies and hygiene standards. The role also supports chefs and kitchen staff in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.

Responsibilities :

1- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment.
2- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and food preparation areas.
3- Operate dish washing equipment safely and efficiently.
4- Dispose of waste and recyclables following company procedures.
5- Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are used and stored safely.
6- Support kitchen staff with cleaning and basic operational tasks as required.
7- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness.
8- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors.
9- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies when required.
10- Follow company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures always.
