Strategy & Transformation Specialist

The Strategy & Transformation Specialist supports the execution of strategy and transformation projects through research, analysis, coordination, and preparation of client deliverables. The role contributes to developing strategic insights and supporting project teams in delivering high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategy and transformation project workstreams across client engagements.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
• Support the development of strategic frameworks and transformation plans.
• Translate data into structured insights and recommendations.
• Assist in project coordination, tracking, and documentation updates.
• Support client meetings and preparation of workshop materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Contribute to problem-solving and analytical activities within engagements.
• Support knowledge sharing and internal improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, or transformation roles.
• Internship or prior experience in consulting firms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
