Student Activity Officer

BatterjeeMedical College is seeking a highly motivated Students ActivityOfficer who performs various functions suchas:

Manage andevaluate the activities programs and services of the Student LifeOffice and StudentCenter

Develop andimplement appropriate methods and procedures to provide effectiveand successful social cultural and instructional activities forstudents.

Manage andcoordinate the work of assigned Outreach Peer Advisors and studentworkers as well as train and evaluateperformance.

Delegate andreview assignments andprojects.

Evaluate workproducts andresults

Establish andmonitor timelines and prioritizework.

Oversee andassist in developing a wide variety of activities events andprograms designed for social cultural and instructional developmentofstudents.

Provideleadership seminars training and workshops for various studentgovernment.

Organizations aswell as other student groups andorganizations.

Develop directand evaluate student activities and program operations; compile andanalyze data related to student participation and programevaluation; develop organization work processes which facilitateattainment of established program goals andobjectives.

Coordinate andmanage program activities with other student services functions andinstructionalprograms.

Providetechnical expertise and input concerning student activities;recruit and assist staff for events andactivities.
