Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Asset & Investment Management

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a  a hands-on Asset & Investment Management SME to work closely with various teams in building a digital retail investment platform for a leading KSA-based investment firm. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in operational implementation and a strong background in asset management operations.

Key Requirements

-  Strong exposure to asset management operations across liquid and illiquid products, including Real Estate, Public Markets, Private Equity, and DPMs.
-  Solid understanding of the operational lifecycle of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and Sukuk.
-  Deep, hands-on knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, from order placement to settlement, reconciliation, and fund accounting.
- Direct experience with platforms like eFront, Aladdin, Charles River, SimCorp, or SS&C Advent APX.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate execution challenges and proactively resolve them.

Requirements

-  Familiarity with the Saudi financial ecosystem and CMA regulations.
-  Prior experience integrating platforms like eFront, Bloomberg, and ERP systems.
- Understanding of operational requirements for Shariah-compliant funds, including zakat, purification, and compliance workflows.

This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in asset management operations and platform implementation.
