Requirements

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leader
experience in retail, entertainment, leisure, F&B, or family focused environments.

• A positive, collaborative approach and the
ability to motivate a team.

• Strong communication skills with guests,
colleagues, and management.

• Commercial awareness, with an understanding
of sales targets and KPIs.

• High energy, reliability, and a passion for
delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• A commitment to
