Supervisor Power Transmission

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Power Transmission to join our team. As a Supervisor Power Transmission, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operation and maintenance of power transmission systems to ensure reliable and efficient power delivery. You will lead a team of technicians and ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and operational procedures. The position will be based in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance of power transmission systems.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of technicians and contractors in the field.
• Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of power transmission infrastructure.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within power transmission systems.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and maintenance records.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize system performance.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in power transmission with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of power transmission systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
