The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible to oversee the storage and distribution of goods at third-party logistics providers (3PLs), ensuring their compliance with processes and optimal cost-effectiveness. This involves performance monitoring and effective management of 3PLs to achieve excellence in logistics and distribution through effective management of 3PL and rigorous performance monitoring.  

This position serves the Animal Health business in Saudi Arabia and directly reports to the Head of Commercial Supply Chain for SAGEA (Saudi Arabia, Gulf Countries and East Africa).

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract and will be engaged through a third-party outsourcing partner. 

Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day operations from 3PLs to our customers.


• Coordinate and track shipments across all divisions.


• Sales recognition and invoicing.


• Coordinate inventory reconciliation to identify variances and resolve stock issues.


• Shipment Tracking/Documentation


• Manage KPIs on operational activities.


• Aligning with the Quality Assurance team to ensure operational accuracy.


• Handle the Order to Cash process, including the creation of credit/debit notes for financial reconciliation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree


• 1 - 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management


• Knowledge in 3PL


• Basic understanding of financial methods


• Strong proficiency in SAP and MS office tools.


• Saudi National


• Proficient in spoken and written English
