Talent Acquisition Lead

In this role, you will lead our recruitment strategy end-to-end, experiment with new approaches, and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and engage top talent. More than filling roles, you’ll play a key part in promoting our culture, ensuring a human-centric hiring experience, and helping us grow with the right people on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet Salla's standards and fit within our culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting Salla's mission and values to potential candidates.

• Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical talent.
• Strong understanding of various recruiting platforms, tools, techniques, and ATS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
