About the Role

As the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment function across the organization, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our strategy, culture, and growth ambitions.
This role goes beyond execution—you will act as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping workforce plans, elevating hiring quality, and building scalable talent acquisition practices. You will lead and develop a team of recruiters, drive innovation in hiring (including AI-powered solutions), and ensure a seamless, human-centric candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Your Impact:

  • Own and lead Salla’s talent acquisition strategy across all business functions.
  • Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters.
  • Elevate hiring quality through structured, competency-based practices.
  • Strengthen Salla’s employer brand and candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and AI-driven tools to scale and optimize hiring.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Product, Commercial, and Corporate functions.
  • Design scalable hiring processes and frameworks to support growth.
  • Advise leaders on talent strategy, job design, and hiring decisions.
  • Track and improve key hiring metrics (quality, speed, efficiency).
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to access top talent.
  • Ensure a seamless, human-centric candidate experience.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition,
  • Leadership or team management role.
  • Proven track record of managing Talent Acquisition teams and owning end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience hiring across multiple functions, with a strong preference for technology hiring exposure.
  • Technology company experience
  • Proven application of competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies in hiring processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and AI-powered recruiting tools to drive sourcing and hiring efficiency.
