Talent Acquisition Specialist

Rgheeb Consulting is looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality placements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

• Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.
