The Event Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring operational excellence in event planning and execution. This role is critical to the success of our organization's event management services.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the entire event lifecycle, from initial contact to post-event follow-up, with the objective of exceeding expectations and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Meticulously prepare and distribute essential documentation, including function bookings, group resumes, contracts, and event orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to guarantee operational success and minimize potential risks.
• Strategically optimize function space utilization to maximize both guest experience and departmental financial performance, employing advanced space management techniques and industry best practices.
