T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer) - SMP Yasref

We are seeking a T&D Counselor (Operator Evaluator & Trainer) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector to work with Yasref. The role focuses on training and development (T&D) activities, including evaluating operator performance, delivering training programs, and supporting competency development across operational areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

• Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and flow diagrams

• Experience in operator evaluation, training, and competency development

• Ability to conduct assessments and provide performance feedback

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and training teams

• Professional attitude with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
