Technical & Panel Builders Support Engineer (Jeddah)

Assist in troubleshooting basic switchgear, software issues, and configuration activities with the PBs. Support panel builder partners in project specification compliance and provide optimal techno-commercial solutions to help optimize the offers. Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance PBs technical skills. Coordinate with team members for onboarding new PB partners and ensuring smooth integration. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer technical inquiries. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or global support teams. Engage in continuous learning and provide feedback for process improvement. Support sales team in techno-commercial aspects to help secure projects. To have proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support the technical needs of PBs Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 8+ years in technical support field Strong communication, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
