Technical Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team and drive the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. This role focuses on customizing and extending Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules using X++, .NET, and related tools, while building integrations with third-party systems. Acting as a key bridge between business requirements and technical execution, the consultant ensures high-quality solutions that enhance system performance, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 ERP solutions using X++, .NET, and Visual Studio.
• Configure workflows, reports (SSRS), forms, and data entities to meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (OData, REST APIs, custom services).
• Support full ERP implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and business users to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, upgrades, and code defects.
• Manage deployments, version control, and build processes using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Prepare clear technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience as a technical consultant or developer in Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong proficiency in X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio development tools.
• Experience with data entities, integrations (OData, DMF), and reporting (SSRS, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, LCS, and source control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-300, MB-500).
• Experience with at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 ERP implementation.
• Understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or retail business processes.
• Experience with performance tuning and system optimization.
