Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

1. HVAC Estimation – Preparation of accurate project cost estimates and bid evaluations.
   
2. Carrier HAP – Cooling load calculations and HVAC design validation.
   
3. Revit MEP – BIM modeling and quantity extraction.
   
4. AutoCAD – Shop drawing preparation and drafting coordination.
   
5. Quantity Surveying – Material take -off and BOQ verification.
   

Preferred Skills

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 3–6 years of experience in HVAC contracting, technical office engineering, estimation, or tendering functions. Prior exposure to Kuwait or Saudi Arabia projects is strongly preferred. Experience handling commercial comparisons, quantity take -offs, and coordinated MEP shop drawings is essential.
