Job Title- Tech PMO, Small-to-Medium Enterprise Cards Product

Term- 12 Months

Location- Riyadh, KSA

Division- Cards/ Payments

Reports to- Head of Product and Head of Technology

Relevant experience- 10 years+ working in Payments Technology (Commercial) with at least 5 years in a project lead role

Mandatory experience- GCC Experience, Arabic Speaker, Strong understanding of Small-to-Medium Enterprise Segment for cards/payments technology.

Purpose of Job:

The role is to manage the end-to-end implementation of the Virtual Card solution including integration into the issuer's technology stack. This is to support Small to-Medium Enterprise Cards Product Team in driving card usage and growth that will be enabled by the functionality chosen and the development of the user interface/ user experience functionalities to launch the new feature.

Tasks

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Assess options for enabling Virtual Card Number (VCN) issuance for Employee Expense Cards and provide recommendations based on current IT/back-end setup and ease of front-end development.
2. Liaise with and oversee Clients IT team to ensure the requirements are met, including:
3. Develop APIs (application programming interfaces).
4. Drive program, web, and software development.
5. Leverage cloud computing and data analysis tools.
6. Support any networking and infrastructure requirements.
7. Provide any other technical support for new functionality.
8. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
9. Be the main interface between Mastercard Product, Technology and Client Product and Technology stakeholders
10. Manage risks, issues and dependences to ensure the project is completed within controls
11. Support in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
12. Review designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
13. Liaise with developers to gather feedback on the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.

1. Successful VCN issuance implementation.
2. Timely delivery of project milestones.
3. User satisfaction with new functionalities.
4. Effective collaboration with IT and product teams.

Knowledge and Experience

1. Extensive experience in payments technology, particularly in the commercial sector.
2. Proven track record in leading projects within the GCC region.
3. Strong understanding of the SME segment for cards/payments technology.
4. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
