Technical Project Manager (Arabic-Speaking, Riyadh-Based)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Agentic AI-based
process automation in optimizing operations for a leading organization in Saudi
Arabia. This role will act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring smooth
execution, managing local stakeholders, and working closely with Turing’s delivery
team to drive the success of the POC and further business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
 Project Execution & Delivery:
o Own and drive the successful execution of the Agentic AI POCs / Pilots /
Productisations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
o Define and manage project scope, timeline, deliverables, and quality
standards.
o Coordinate between Turing’s technical team and local business
stakeholders.

 Stakeholder Management & Business Growth:
o Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment
and satisfaction.
o Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to senior
finance leaders and operations teams.
o Identify opportunities to extend the engagement beyond the POC and
drive additional AI implementations.
 Team Coordination & Risk Management:
o Manage the Turing delivery team, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
o Monitor risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
o Ensure all project activities comply with the client’s finance regulations and
operational requirements.
 AI Strategy & Process Optimization:

o Work closely with Business Analysts and Technical Teams to refine the
AI-driven workflows.
o Validate the impact of AI-driven process optimizations and ensure
alignment with business objectives.
o Plan for the transition from POC to full-scale implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:
 10+ years of overall project management experience with decent experience
in finance operations, AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), and automation
projects.
 Proven experience managing client engagements and delivering high-impact
projects.
 A strong understanding of finance operations workflows and digital
transformation in financial services is a plus.
 Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 Experience working with AI (Gen AI, Agentic workflows), RPA, or automation
technologies is a strong plus.
 PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
