To perform mechanical repair and maintenance work on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
• Perform required mechanical repairs as specified on the job card by the Workshop Controller or ServiceAdvisor. • Diagnose vehicle defects accurately and follow factory-recommended repair methods. • Conduct final checks on completed repairs to ensure quality and safety standards are met. • Identify and request the necessary spare parts required for repairs. • Ensure proper usage of parts and report any shortages or incorrect supplies. • Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical or electrical faults. • Inspect vehicles for additional or previously unidentified defects and report findings. • Adhere to technical instructions and factory literature provided by the Technical Trainer or Manufacturer. • Complete assigned repairs within the allocated time frame while maintaining efficiency and accuracy. • Ensure all repairs meet the brand’s quality and safety requirements. • Follow workshop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment |
