Job Summary

· Prospect and qualify leads: Research and identify potential customers to develop a strong sales pipeline.

· Conduct engaging phone conversations: Present product or service benefits, address customer concerns, and overcome objections to build trust and convert leads into sales.

· Negotiate and close deals: Confidently negotiate price and terms to secure sales and maximize revenue.

· Provide excellent customer service: Build lasting relationships with customers by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

· Maintain and update sales records: Accurately track leads, calls, and sales data to contribute to overall sales performance.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with internal regulations and maintain ethical conduct throughout sales interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cold calling to clients

Generate leads and qualify prospects

Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services

Answer customer questions and address objections

Present our products or services to potential customers

Close deals and process orders

Track and report on sales performance

communicate with the client and send them updates and reminders of their program.

Handle client’s queries and respond to them on timely manner with an update

Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

Updating CRM on timely manner.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Preference for Saudis.
