• Identify and target potential
individuals for the training academy's programs.
• Build and maintain a robust sales

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business,
marketing, or education.
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in the training and education
industry.
• Effective negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working
independently.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM)
software.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events.
• A deep understanding of the training academy's programs and their
alignment with Student needs.
• knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on
individuals and organizations.
