We are looking for a Tele-sales Officer with strong communication and persuasion skills to present and sell the club’s services to potential members over the phone, build effective relationships that increase subscription rates, enhance the club’s positive image, and ensure a professional communication experience that supports sales targets and contributes to expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide a clear overview of products or services.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to encourage purchasing.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested customers and efficiently close sales deals.
• Accurately document all data and calls using the Bevatel system.
• Handle inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively.
• Prepare regular reports on the number of calls, acquired opportunities, and closed deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure overall target achievement.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat sales.

• Saudi nationality.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferably within the sports sector).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and a professional demeanor when dealing with diverse customer segments.
• Proficiency in computer use and cloud-based systems (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with call center management systems (Bevatel or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
