Telesalesuser Activation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Analyze user data in terms of activity and loss rate.

2.Take appropriate actions based on the results of data analysis.

3.Developing good and long-term relationships with users and gaining their trust.Gathering user suggestions and opinions and converting them into reliable data toimprove the platform.

4.Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceusing scripts.

5.Answer questions about products or the company.

6.Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Monitoring customer retention rate.

7.Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

8.Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements :

1.Bachelor’s degree

2.Good in Excel，Microsoft Office.

3.Arabic & English Language fluently.Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

4.Proven experience as tele sales.

5.representative or in another sales/customer service role.

6.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.

7.Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

8.Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
