• Proven experience in recruitment, especially within the e-commerce sector.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and talent acquisition best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and networking within the talent community.
