The DynamicsCRM Techno Functional Consultant is a core team member of ourClient s customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 centered Theconsultant will be involved in the business processes and solutiondesign and will be hands on configuring and customising theimplementation of Dynamics CE solutions working with both onshoreand offshore development The position may require business

Theteam is focusing on advisory, implementation and support servicesthat relate to the implementation and subsequent maintenance ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, BC) This will include thedelivery of these systems and also engagements relating toIndependent Programme Assurance where third parties are deliveringsuch

Requirements

  • AUniversity graduate with relevant degree within a computing orbusiness discipline;
  • MicrosoftDynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) aredesirable;
  • Strongfunctional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRMcovering a wide spectrum of industries andsectors;
  • Minimum6+ years of relevant and proven end to end implementationexperience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standardor customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration,plugin development, report development is amust;
  • Detailedknowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagementincluding Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, andProject ServiceAutomation;
  • Workingknowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, PowerBI);
  • Goodunderstanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common DataModel including the customisations and development of Business DataModels for differentsolutions;
  • Goodunderstanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industrytemplates and
  • Broadunderstanding of software development lifecycle, developmentmanagement, release management, data migrations, cut-over planningand hypercaresupport;
  • Knowledgeof Azure DevOps & CI/CD is aplus;
  • Knowledgeand understanding of .NET framework including extensive experiencewriting and C# code (not just limited to plugins/custom workflows)is a
Responsibilities

TheCRM Techno Functional consultant will work with the ConsultingServices department to implement various modules of Dynamics CRMworking closely with client teams and businessstakeholders:

  • Provideguidance and mentorship (technical/professional) to groom otherteam members;
  • Representthe company s Microsoft Business Solutions team in a professionaland positive manner at all
  • Proventrack record of successful maintenance or end to end implementationof a number of solutions for medium/ large customers, preferablyacross a number of business verticals ( healthcare, finance,insurance);
  • Provenability to develop a clear understanding of clients needs and theability to incorporate them into a solution following effectivedesignapproach;
  • Experienceof consultancy roles in softwaredelivery;
  • Experiencein a delivery-orientated IT environment using waterfall, agile andDevOpsmethodologies;
  • Adeptat business requirement analysis, solution design, development,system verification and deploymentstrategies;
  • Abilityto see the bigger picture and suggest solutions both within andoutside the currentimplementation;
  • Experiencein creation of demos, supporting pre-sales activities is anadvantage;
  • Businessprocess mapping, Fit Gap analysis, work package estimation, workbreakdown structure, modelling and documentationknowledge;
  • Excellentunderstanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Modelincluding the customisation and development of Business Data Modelsfor differentsolutions;
  • Organise,execute, manage and document workshops, meetings and requirementssessions with the client representatives, project stakeholders,business analysts and consultingteam;
  • Interfaceeffectively with other members of the consulting team to arrive atbest in class solution, and provide a sustainable and scalablesolution architecture and application to meet client srequirements;
  • Deliverhigh quality business and software solutions & services toclients ensuring the implementation of best practices based onMicrosoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customizations;
  • Ensurecompleteness in meeting business requirements and takeaccountability for project deliverables including and not limitedto project documentation, solution design, performance,reliability, testing featuresetc;
  • Deliverall consultancy and configuration work according to our projectmethodology, ensuring that all software applications areimplemented successfully according to the SLA: on time and onbudget;
  • Maximizeusage of OOB features and provide technical design ordevelop/customize solution approach for identifiedgaps;
  • Contributeto activities as required including technical presales, buildingdemo and proof of concept solutions for various clientpresentations; Proactively skilling up on new versions andtechnology stack to be futureready;
  • Workon the creation of Dynamics 365 solutions and industrytemplates;
  • Meetand exceed customer expectations of business knowledge, skills andbehaviour; Be a trusted advisor for our clients and help to providesolutions which can be upgradeready;
  • Proactivelyidentify business/ project/ technical/ support risks and providesuggestions to mitigate or communicate asnecessary;
  • Proactivelycommunicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally andinformally;
  • Supportpractice development activities such as defining, solutioning andconfiguring industry specific solutions; Be an active member oftechnical and design working groups within thepractice;
  • Inall activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes andmandatorytrainings;
  • Drivefor process improvement, feature reusability and other initiativesto maximize efficiency indelivery;
  • Carryout additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructedand agreed by the management team orsupervisors;
