Trade Marketing Executive - Sarya Holdings LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for the brands.
• Prepare promotions and trade marketing plans for the brands
• Full ownership of trade promotion calendar
• Plan and executive in-store samplings initiatives
• Monitoring brand- SKU wise performance
• Analyzing the ROI of trade promotions and in-store activations
• Periodic market visits to ensure the deliverables against BDA
• Monitoring price points (RSP/Promo Price) across modern trade
• Close coordination with sales and marketing team on the deliverables
• Analyze the strike rate of the brands/SKUs and identify potential outlets for scale up
  
  

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through trade marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
